Your homecare team
When you use our homecare service, you get access to a small team of carers who are specifically chosen so they are the right fit for you and your support needs. And we will introduce the care team to you before we start providing support to ensure you never have a stranger knocking on your door.
We also choose not to wear uniforms as we believe privacy and dignity are paramount, and not everybody wants to share with their neighbours that they are receiving support or assistance. If you would prefer our team of Home Support assistants to wear a uniform, that too can be arranged; just let us know.
